Here is a quick reminder of the Inclement Weather Policy, which you can find in your confirmation/reminder emails for your reference throughout the season.

With unpredictable weather, safety is my top priority. There may be times I need to close early or cancel appointments for the day. If so, I’ll do my best to notify you of any changes as soon as possible, so please keep an eye on your messages/inbox/.
If you don’t hear from me, then it’s business as usual!
Rescheduling Policy
Because I know you are coming from various places, even if I am open, you have the option to reschedule (please don’t cancel!) your appointment at the last minute due to weather-related concerns without penalty. Just send me a quick text as soon as possible, and we’ll work together to find a new time during regular business hours (Tuesday-Friday). I promise to make every effort to reschedule you to a time that’s convenient for both of us.

I will always contact you by text to the number on file, so please be sure it is up to date. If there are multiple requests for the same date and time, it will go to the person who is first to respond. Your messages are time-stamped, so do not worry, a delay in my response doesn’t mean I didn’t get your message—thank you for your patience while I manage communications.

TIP: Check my schedule before responding to see what available dates and times work for you (enter your exact services for accuracy); choose at least 2 dates/times to give me some options to work with.

Rest assured, we will figure something out that works for us both if your preferred date/time is not available.
