Immediately after booking, you will be prompted to complete the pre-assessment form and waiver(s). This is required before your appointment to avoid cancellation.

Booking + Cancelation Policy
Deposits: $40 per service (excluding wax services); non-refundable
Cancellation Fee: A 50% cancellation fee applies to appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance and to no-shows.
Reschedules: Deposits automatically transfer when appointments are rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance using the 'manage appointments' link in your booking emails. One last-minute reschedule is allowed at no additional charge; after that, the last-minute cancellation fee applies.
Late Arrivals: If you expect to be late, please text before your appointment time. There is no grace period; your appointment will be adjusted as needed, and your current balance will apply. If you cannot be seen and the appointment cannot be rescheduled, the above policy will apply.
Services not listed are not currently offered.
