Cancelations/No shows/Reschedules/Appointment changes
Policies are enforced to keep the flow of business and allow others who may be on the waitlist an opportunity to book an appointment.
Non-refundable deposits or cancelation/no-show fee: 50% of total service
This fee does not transfer to a future appointment. A valid debit/credit card is required to book.

Text 203-936-8323 before the start of your appointment to let me know your ETA as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Note: Appointments adjusted for time due to late arrivals by the client will still require full payment.
